Dance Bridge: Works in Progress with Darrell Jones & Carleen Healy

Two dancers/choreographers present new works resulting from their separate explorations into chaos and ancestry. Darrell Jones' Whiff of Anarchy, investigates the unrestrained energy and physicality of "riot" from a multitude of vantage points. Carleen Healy's The Plotting, The Preserving is an artistic rendering based on the theory and implementation of mapping. Moderated by Links Hall's C.J. Mitchell. Dance Bridge is an initiative of the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs which supports the creation of new work by Chicago's professional dance artists through free rehearsal space.
