SILKSTuesdays 5:45-6:45       
Learn climbs, locks and mid-air movements on suspended fabric. One of the most visually stunning aerial art forms, the silks providea great full body workout that is great for your soul too!

ROPE & BUNGEETuesdays6:45-7:45
Glide, hover, spin and rebound in this energizing and fun fitness/movement activity. Dancers joining this class will discover new movement possibilities and experience an alternative relationship with gravity. All students will re-discover their love for movement in this underground playground for adults!
