Scan is the ASF's quarterly newsletter, published seasonally. Unlike Scandinavian Review to which a person may subscribe independently, the newsletter is available only as a membership benefit to those who join the Foundation. The 12-page newsletter covers the Foundation's activities and cultural programs at Scandinavia House. The "News of Scandinavia" section provides capsule accounts of current events in all five Nordic countries, and the National Calendar lists selected Scandinavian events across the United States.

The AIDS Training and Education Program (ATEP) provides special services to The Fund’s AIDS Initiative clients who are ready to return to the workplace, need support and guidance in addressing current employment issues, and/or develop new interests that could lead to employment and/or a fulfilling life. Clients work with the ATEP Counselor to identify interests and skills, obstacles to employment, and/or appropriate education and training opportunities. Where appropriate, ATEP clients participate in the Actors’ Work Program services and programs.
