Entry level Healthcare/Administrative- non clinical

Looking for recent grads in the North and Northwest suburbs with great customer service experience and an interest in Healthcare or related fields!

Advanced Resources is looking for a Documentation Coordinator for one of our clients in both Addison, IL and Vernon Hills, IL.  Our client is looking to interview candidates ASAP and positions are contract to hire. Plenty of opportunity for growth and AWESOME company culture

Duties Include but not limited to:

  • Organizes documentation in advance of claim preparation, notifies reimbursement of missing documentation, monitors unbilled for missing documentation
  •   Tracks documentation for completion by patient/physician, verifies for accuracy and completeness once returned.
  •  Monitors unbilled for tickets that are missing documentation and expedites obtaining documentation to ensure claims are billed in a timely manner.
  • Works with Reimbursement department to resolve any intake, authorization or documentation issues as appropriate.

Education Level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience

Dress Code: Business Casual

Full time hours, Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications: 

·        High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred

·        At least 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment

·        Excellent interpersonal skills

·        Microsoft Office Suite Experience

·        Desire to grow with a company
