I will be teaching Conscious Dancing. If you would like to increase the ease with which you dance and the spiritual pleasure you derive from the dancing experience, the intensive technique classes will head you in the right direction. I can help you dance fully from the core of your body using your weight with authentic gravitational fall and recover. I am also good at seeing what your individual problems are, and can help you solve them.

The performance workshop is open to dancers of all levels. It will be a chance for you to practice in performance the skills learned in the technique classes. All dancers will be able to dance at their highest level as individuals will be grouped according to development. And there is something wonderful to be done at every level. I have been working with dancers and non-dancers doing meaningful movement for over 40 years.


Week 1, July 14-18, 10-11:30 am . Technique class with live accompaniment

July 21-25 noon- 3 pm Performance Workshop
July 25 - time tbd Culminating Performance
