Apple Tree Theatre's Internship Program is looking for highly motivated individuals interested in gaining access to and information about the day-to-day workings of an award-winning theatre company. Through daily assignments and duties, interns will receive first-hand knowledge of how a theatre works and will have the opportunity to work with Chicago's finest professionals in a positive and energized environment. Interns must be 18 years of age or older and have a minimal amount of experience in the area of specialty chosen. Apple Tree Theatre offers internships year round to qualified individuals (over 18) who possess a strong work ethic and a love for theatre and the arts. These positions last 3-6 months and are 15/20 hours/week with flexible scheduling. There may be more than one position available in each department. However, we are willing to discuss independent study and credit options for candidates who are currently enrolled at an accredited university and we are happy to shape everyone's internship with individual interests in mind.
