The results of Linkages, a performance rental program for self-producing artists, are promoted as co-presentations by the artist and Links Hall. Also provides workshops in performance arts/dance.

The Vittum Theater was opened in 1998 to aid in community building and to foster the personal growth of members of the Northwestern University Settlement House. Since that time, the theater has developed into a regionally recognized resource for quality arts programming for youth. The theater can also be rented for self production and is suitable for dance productions.

Operating continuously since 1911, the Athenaeum mainstage is two theatres in one--an intimate playhouse with 454 main floor seats for smaller needs, and, with the addition of its generous balcony, a 984 seat theatre for larger productions. The building also contains two 80-seat studio theatres and a 50-seat studio theatre as well as a gymnasium, food pantry, meeting rooms and a full-service concession area. The Athenaeum mainstage Theatre and the studios are available for rental.

Chicago's public library main branch located in the Loop has programs in the arts and performing arts. It houses an archive of Chicago Dance History and has an excellent performance space for dance, the Cindy Pritzker auditorium, which is available for rentals.
